Boca Recovery Center

TI Source completed a renovation and new construction project for Boca Recovery Center in Huntington, Indiana.

Boca Recovery Center is a substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health treatment facility. One of Boca's mottos is that addiction recovery is hard work, but it doesn’t have to be painful or uncomfortable. TI Source collaborated with Boca to ensure the new recovery centers were therapeutic and serene, providing clients with an upscale medical detox and residential treatment facility.

Building A was a former dialysis clinic that was completely gutted and renovated. We built 14 bedrooms, 8 restrooms, exam rooms, and offices. We ran all new plumbing and electrical work, including new lighting. The building also received new paint, flooring, casework, and even a new outdoor basketball court!

Building B was brand new construction. A lot of earthwork was done to lay the foundation for the building, ramps, and retention pond. Once the building was constructed, we installed new lights, paint, flooring, and casework, along with brand-new kitchen and cafeteria spaces. The new building also has exercise rooms, game rooms, and a theatre, as well as 8 offices and 2 classrooms.
