The buildout completed for Elements Massage was the quintessential example of a classic tenant improvement project.
Elements Massage signed a lease in Fall 2021 and was able to open in January 2022 following a quick TI turnaround.
TI Source constructed private massage and treatment rooms, all with their own mood lighting controls, fresh paint, and new electrical outlets. The lobby was refreshed with a new layout, flooring, paint, and fixtures.
As with all national franchises, there are certain standards to uphold. TI Source was able to maintain the integrity of the brand while implementing this particular franchise's style.
