TI Source was able to turn a small restaurant space into a high-end yoga and fitness studio for HOTWORX, an international franchise with 700+ locations.

Located in the Dupont Place retail center on Fort Wayne's north side, HOTWORX joined the list of tenants managed by our affiliate company, Sturges Property Group. When the corner space was leased to HOTWORX, TI Source submitted a bid to complete the buildout and was able to work easily with HOTWORX to maintain consistency and requirements needed for all locations.

Demolition began with taking out non-structural walls, kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, hoods, and sinks to open the 2,259 SF space. After the clean-up, the TI Source team could start framing new walls, upgrading the electrical service with a new meter set, and adding a shower unit. 

The gym houses a small retail shop up front along with 10 infrared saunas, free weights, cycling, hot yoga, and more. HOTWORX at Fort Wayne Dupont opened in October 2022 with great success and a great-looking location.
