TI Source is partnering with Sturges Property Group in the development of Building 11 in Keystone Distribution Park.
Sturges Property Group has been involved with the development of Keystone Distribution Park almost since the 70s when Barry Sturges and associates of Sturges, Griffin, Trent & Co purchased three industrial buildings along Keystone Drive. Over the course of four decades, an additional seven buildings were constructed, and it's now a highly sought-after location for businesses.
Building 11 will be the newest structure built at the north end of the park, totaling 40,000 SF. Sturges Property Group currently has half of the building leased, which leaves approximately 16,000 SF unoccupied. TI Source will handle all aspects of the project and build-out. Construction is already underway with an estimated completion date of Fall 2025.
