Martin Supply's new location at 5311 Distribution Drive in Fort Wayne is officially complete!
This 16,030 SF industrial building included a variety of demolition and installation throughout the whole building.
In the front office area, the existing walls, floors, and ceiling were completely demolished and reconfigured to accommodate new private offices, a new employee breakroom, a new conference room, and open workstations. New interior and exterior doors were framed and installed throughout, as well as new fire safety measures, first aid kits, and AEDs.
A new dock door and pallet racking were installed in the warehouse, and an existing restroom with a shower was remodeled to be a standard ADA-compliant restroom.
The front of the building received an update with new paint, new landscaping, a resurfaced and striped parking lot, and a reconstructed awning. The new Martin Supply sign, installed by Fast Signs, looks crisp against the black metal siding.
