This shopping plaza at 3215 North Anthony Blvd, Fort Wayne, Indiana had a complete façade renovation in 2024.
The original North Anthony Shopping Center was built in 1960 when Fort Wayne was experiencing a major development and population boom north of downtown. Small retail centers became more popular as residents sought to live in the suburbs. The original shopping center was somewhat of an architectural relic and was in dire need of an upgrade.
TI Source removed and replaced the existing front façade, awnings, and storefront windows on this building, resurfaced the asphalt parking lot, and refurbished the front monument sign. New signage was essential as this strip center faces a heavy traffic intersection.
While existing tenants were excited about the building refresh, the empty spaces were demoed to white box condition so new tenants could quickly move in. Thanks to TI Source, North Anthony Plaza looks like a brand-new building breathing new life into the North Anthony retail corridor.
