TI Source recently completed the buildout of the Regional Finance space at 9921 Dupont Circle Drive West to transform the empty shell into a beautiful and efficient workspace.
Regional Finance provides personal loans to help clients achieve their goals or get through tough moments. In this new office space, they required several drastic changes to enhance office security, aesthetics, and efficiency.
Shelby Wilson shared a few major project details, which included but were not limited to:
- New doors and frames
- New carpets
- New plumbing fixtures
TI Source had completely new offices built throughout the space and also included a new breakroom, new workstations, and a reception area. We also installed plumbing fixtures from sinks to faucets to water heaters.
We pride ourselves in our partnerships. We partnered with Molargik Woodworking to install new upper and lower cabinets and countertops in the breakroom. One of our other partners was Lemus Painting, who helped us bring the whole project together with fresh paint that suited the aesthetic and theme we had brought to the client.
Cambray & Associates brought us all new carpet, as well as vinyl composite tile and base flooring. We also partnered with Kendall Electric and H&L Electric to install bright new 2x4 LEDs. Blinds & Designs helped with new blinds and window coverings. Overall, our list of partners grew even more with the completion of this project for Regional Finance.
