The State of Indiana Department of Family Resources recently leased approximately 34,000 SF of office space in Blackthorn Corporate Park in South Bend, Indiana.
Our affiliate company, Sturges Property Group, recommended TI Source for this office renovation as they handled the lease and currently manage the building.
The new DFR office will feature private offices, workstations, a break room, and conference rooms across several floors and suites. The entire area will also receive new carpet and LVP, paint, lighting, and additional upgrades.
Construction was completed in the early Fall of 2025.
