Their medical space and associated training room at the Grief Center needed a refresh and TI Source provided project management services and consulting to complete the buildout in a safe and timely manner.
Project details included but were not limited to:
- New waiting area
- Fresh new paint
- New one-way window
Other improvements to the space included a completely new waiting area with new end tables, chairs, and wall paint. We also improved on the flooring in many areas, installing vinyl composition tile (VCT) and cove base flooring in all of the patient rooms and the waiting area. The waiting area also needed a new transaction window and countertop to match the aesthetic of the rest of the room.
Altogether, these upgrades to the Palliative Patient Clinic at Stillwater truly gave the space a beautiful refresh and matching aesthetic throughout the space.

TI Source planned and executed an extensive buildout endeavor. In this project, we knew the importance of keeping the original space relatively intact, but giving everything a significant upgrade, updating furniture pieces, casework, and many other aspects of the medical and office space.
