Total Quality Logistics recently had a complete office renovation totaling just over 7,500 SF.
The renovation included:
- Relocating the entrance
- Constructing new private offices with Nxtwall Glass Systems
- Building new conference rooms
- Installing new casework
- Adding new HVAC and electrical throughout
The office suite also got fresh paint and flooring throughout.
TI Source worked with several local companies to complete the renovation, including Shambaugh & Sons, Hanna Brothers, Cambray & Associates, and Wood Technologies. Our affiliate companies were also involved. Sturges Property Group handled the brokerage and property management services, and Maintenance Management completed the electrical and HVAC work.
