Troyer Retirement Headquarters

TI Source recently completed a full tenant improvement buildout for Troyer Retirement's new corporate headquarters in Fort Wayne, Indiana!

After outgrowing their Dawson's Creek office, Troyer was ready for a space that matched both their growth and their brand. From demo to finishing touches, we handled it all: new floors, lighting, ceilings, doors, paint, cabinetry, slat wood accent walls, and a podcast room! Now, they've got a bright, modern, outdoorsy vibe that's welcoming and inviting without skipping the details.

The podcast room feels warm and comfortable with natural textures and an outdoorsy aesthetic that mirrors their values.

Troyer celebrated their grand opening on June 16, 2025, and we're thrilled they love the look, feel, and functionality of their new home base.
