TI Source completed an office refresh and renovation for USI Insurance Services, located at 9910 Dupont Circle Drive East in Fort Wayne, IN.

USI provides insurance brokerage and consultancy services to deliver customized, actionable solutions with bottom-line impact.

Assistant Project Manager Nathan Menor led the way for some beautiful changes and shared a few details of the renovation, including but not limited to:

• New rear suite entrance
• Fresh paint throughout
• New IT closet

Other upgrades also included a completely new office and wellness room, as well as new LED troffers and can lights, new occupancy switching, and more. This shows that TI Source can completely revamp a space and manage a project effectively and efficiently.
