TI Source transformed Western & Southern Life Insurance Company’s office space through consulting and project management services.
Western & Southern Life Insurance Company helps provide financial stability through life insurance, retirement, and investment services. When moving into their new office space at 9910 Dupont Circle Drive East, they needed a total transformation for a new beautiful office space.
Assistant Project Manager Shelby Wilson was the woman for the job, and some details of the office overhaul included:
- New ceiling grid and pads
- New signage from Fast Signs
- New paint from BZW
TI Source also spearheaded the efforts to install new offices, breakrooms, reception, and meeting and collaboration areas throughout the space. Western & Southern was also in need of a new card access system and security measures, which included recessed double-door entryways and prefinished doors, courtesy of Interior Product Supply.
Our affiliate, In-Site, also completed all of the data cabling and low-voltage electrical work. We partnered with Kendall Electric and H&L Electric to install LED 2x4 lights and can lights, along with occupancy/dimmer switches. In-Site also installed a new white-noise system, which Western & Southern specifically requested.
Thus, the space came together beautifully to match Western & Southern’s vision within their budget and timeframe.
