Yamazen Inc Showroom

TI Source transformed a vacant suite into a clean showroom and tech center for Yamazen, Inc.

Yamazen is a specialized global trading company with a strong focus on the distribution of CNC machine tools and other industrial and engineering equipment. With several divisions and locations across the globe, Yamazen chose to establish a technology center in Fort Wayne to help service the surrounding tri-state area.

We were brought in to turn the empty shell into an open showroom capable of handling repairs, new equipment, and deliveries.

The biggest change was breaking through the back wall to install a new overhead door, allowing truck access to the back of the building that wasn't there before. A new wall was then built with a coiling overhead door to divide the storage/delivery area from the showroom. 

While keeping the space open, we were able to establish various areas through visual finishes, such as carpet in the conference area versus epoxy floors throughout the rest of the showroom. Additional tenant improvements included a kitchenette with new appliances, new lights and HVAC throughout, and a restroom with new fixtures and an acoustic ceiling.
