Automotive Color is the first tenant in the newly constructed Building 11 at Keystone Industrial Park!
Building 11 is the newest structure built at the north end of the park, totaling 40,000 SF. Sturges Property Group leased 24,000 SF to Automotive Color in 2025 as the first tenant.
Because it was a brand-new building, Automotive Color was able to do a custom buildout tailored to their needs. The project included the standard framing, drywall, flooring, paint, doors, and casework but also needed brand new HVAC, mechanicals, and electrical throughout. TI Source also helped with:
- Space planning and design
- Furniture design, supply, and installation
- Nxtwall systems and pallet racking
- Men's and women's restrooms
- Fire-rated rooms and fire walls
- Exterior landscaping
