Automotive Color is the first tenant in a new development project within Keystone Industrial Park!
Building 11 will be the newest structure built at the north end of the park, totaling 40,000 SF. Sturges Property Group leased a little over 24,000 SF to Automotive Color, which leaves approximately 16,000 SF unoccupied.
TI Source worked with Chief Buildings to bring this metal warehouse to life and will handle all aspects of the project and build-out. Construction of the shell was completed in the Fall of 2025.
TI Source has been busy completing the interior build-out projects for Automotive Color with an anticipated move-in date for May 2026.
